The UCAS Courses Data Team's database holds a wealth of course and organisation information supplied by institutions across the whole of the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

We collect information covering all full-time, part-time and distance learning courses at Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Further Education level. Our database holds detailed course information, including course content, entry requirements, duration, study mode and fees information. We also collect provider-level information, including details of campuses, faculties and departments, open days, student accommodation and facilities.

This information is collected via our secure online information system and managed by our team. Individual team members are responsible for maintaining the information from, and relationships with, a portfolio of institutions.

We work with a number of commercial and non-commercial clients and partners for the dissemination of this information to a range of print, electronic and online publications and websites. This means that courses on our database can reach a huge domestic, European and overseas student audience.

Our main partners and products receive data on a regular basis, either through weekly data supplies or scheduled updates throughout the year. We also work with a number of organisations to supply data on a one-off basis or for occasional projects and data requests.

UCAS is always seeking to increase the partners we work with for the dissemination of your course data, nationally and internationally. By supplying your data to an increasingly wide range of clients and publications, we hope to reduce the demands on your time for multiple data requests, and to help you attract the right applicants for the right courses.
